About me
I’m a management consultant with 10+ years of experience in consulting, including Big 4, specializing in manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
Through ConsultingHub, I am trying to offer authentic and actionable knowledge – going beyond theoretical frameworks to share real-life experiences and practical insights into how consulting actually works and what it takes to succeed in it.
My Background
Over the course of my consulting career I have worked on operational improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives across a wide range of industries — chemicals, textiles, consumer goods, steel manufacturing, steel trading, feed manufacturing, shrimp processing, construction, gems and jewellery, weld cladding, bath fittings manufacturing and metal fabrication, with project experience spanning India and the Middle East.
My work has focused on helping manufacturing and supply chain businesses improve how they operate in practice — from deploying Lean Six Sigma and improving OEE and throughput, to building S&OP processes, optimizing inventory, optimizing manpower, redesigning KPIs and leading change management on the shop floor, thereby helping client realize significant operational & financial benefits
I have worked closely with C-level executives, plant leadership teams and shop-floor personnel, with a consistent focus on solutions that are practical, scalable and embedded into day-to-day operations rather than remaining purely conceptual.
